Trail Conditions: OPEN

1/31/23 – 8:00pm – Waukesha County’s snowmobile trails are:
Partially Open – At this time, only the trails in the southern part of Waukesha County are open. This includes the trails of the Muskego Icetronauts, Mukwonago Sno-Snoops, Kettle Moraine Eagle Riders, the trails in the Kettle Moraine Forest and now the Lac Labelle Cooney Riders trail in western Waukesha County are open. All other county trails remain closed at this time. View the online map of our county’s trails.

Abide by all posted speed limits, especially in residential areas and be cautious of pedestrians walking on trails in multi-use areas and stay on mark trails at all times. When riding off-trail you are trespassing and can be subject to fines. Save our Trails – DO NOT ride on closed trails.

Remember trail conditions may vary across the area and from county to county.  Always check trail conditions or visit the Waukesha County Snowmobile Association’s Web site before you ride.

Respect landowners and stay on the trail. Follow all posted signs and practice snowmobile safety at all times. Trails are closed when the temperature is above 32 degrees and there is less than 6″ of snow on the ground.
