Trail Conditions

Trail Conditions: Mostly Open*

As of 10:15pm on 1/23/19, most of Waukesha County’s snowmobile trails will be open. Please note early season trail conditions exist resulting in some trail sections remaining closed until conditions improve. Ride with caution. Always check trail conditions in the areas you will be riding before you head out on the trails.

Closed trails:
Merton:
Trail 51 between Merton starting at Hwy VV and Center Oak Road is closed due to corn still in field.

Pewaukee:
Trail 25 between Ryan Road to Pewaukee Lake open water/thin ice at river crossings and high water has prevented completion of trail through marsh. Trail is still open to Stop & Go gas station, Nettie’s and Carlee’s.

Waukesha County Trail Conditions Hotline: 414.299.0330
